The results were amazing. Even though I pulled two shots, my groupings were close together and center mass. The only problem I had, was occassionally the action would not stay open after the last round was fired from the magazine. Could it be that the stock spring had too much tension due to the new buffer and buched up? I don't know, but my ability to re-aquire my target after each shot was better than without it.

Caused a jam
This unit worked great on my Sig P226 for a while but when I was out qualifying the spring bunched on the guide rod against the buffer shoulder. This made it so the slide could not be cycled and was jammed closed. It was such a serious jam that I could not clear it for quite a while and then only by brute strength. The buffer is well made and this might have been a fluke, but I can't count on it for a duty weapon. I use other buffers from this company and they do a great job with no malfunctions. I just can't trust this one.
