Hydraulic Buffer
Before converting my Stag Arms model 1L to an Adams Arms carbine piston kit (picked up a new complete bolt carrier group and used Adams Arms carrier key), the hydraulic buffer worked superbly.Not that the AR-15 has much recoil to begin with,what there was to about nothing causing the muzzle to hold where you were pointing it at.
The hydraulic buffer was in use for about 4-5 years before the piston conversion.
The rest of this is for & in case Bill,the other reviewer, stops back in.Regarding your request for a suggestion,might I suggest a buffer where you can add & or remove weight & customize it to your & the firearms needs?
And seeing as how it's been like 4 months since your review,& request for a suggest or to offer you, might I suggest Firearm Ready Solutions?Seth will be ready, willing a& able to assist you.Just google Firearm Ready Solutions for his website.
Not looking to undermine BufferTech or take business away, just trying to help/offer help to a fellow shooter is all.

I'm looking for a buffer that works with a short barrel 11.5 this is and NAF full auto, and leagle owned. having problems with cycle rate.
any answers?
