DO NOT use with plastic mags.
They work good with the metal mags, but DO NOT use with any of the plastic mags. They flex the walls of the plastic mags and bind up the spring/follower, thus preventing the magazine from functioning properly. Which is a bummer, because most everyone nowadays uses the Magpul mags.
